The War of the Rohirrim

To bridge the gap between Lord of the Rings, Japanese anime, and BookTok, my team at Aspect executed a social-first campaign uniting fans from all audiences. Under my creative leadership, we created a campaign bringing Tolkien to TikTok, prepared Helm for his “Winter Arc,” and created anime-style fancams to speak to fans in a language native to social.

In "Lineage", featured above, we utilized assets from our theatrical campaign. This cinematic social spot set up Helm’s lineage and established the connection to the books and the live action trilogy to assure fans War of the Rohirrim was an authentic extension of the universe.
